He talks you through every step pre-survey and then provides an extremely thorough survey report which highlights any and all issues that are present during the survey itself. We have received two snagging surveys (for two separate New Build properties) from Stephen Matthews and are so grateful for the reports that he has produced, and the level of detail provided. Both reports have yielded some pretty quick repairs from the builder, before we purchased the homes. Repairs that would not, otherwise, have been noted or carried out. I think the builders got a shock and this is a step (or, survey) that should not be missed out. Powerful reporting, (including photographs that encircle or show an arrow pointing to specific defects), that has produced a fantastic result. Twice over.
